Long and Steady
The rhythmic quality of long and steady rowing induces many rowers to fall in love with this form of training. This program begins with a concentrated technique review, and then underscores the importance of rate and pace stabilization. The concept of using rhythms (stroke rate, breathing, etc.) to dial in a faster pace at any given level of effort is explored throughout the session. This training program is suitable for rowers of all levels. For use with the Concept2 Indoor Rowing Machine.
